Your data is used to provide the SalesHedge.ai service, including AI-powered deal analysis, coaching recommendations, and pipeline prioritization. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our scoring algorithms.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase for database hosting with row-level security. API communications are encrypted via HTTPS.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or deal data with third parties. Your deal data is processed by Anthropic Claude AI for analysis purposes only and is not retained by the AI provider.

5. Enterprise Data Isolation

Enterprise customers have tenant-isolated data. Custom sales process rules are stored in a completely separate namespace, never accessible to other clients.

6. Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@saleshedge.ai. You can export your deal data at any time.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
