For resellers, VARs and MSSPs

Built for Resale

You carry dozens of products, spanning dozens of partners. Your CRM was designed for a company that sells its own software. SalesHedge coaches you on each deal, but adds a product adjacency layer that ensures you are maximizing each opportunity by recommending products that typically sell together, even across partners.

No credit card. Works with your CRM, or without one.

Why we are holding one back
Identity rides the same budget
Same buyer, no new approvers, so attach is safe to open
Email Security needs a new committee
Procurement is live. A new approver now resets the clock on the deal you already have.
The gap

Four tools touch your deals. None of them sit in your seat.

Every one of them was built for a company that sells its own product. You are not that company.

Your CRM stores the deal
It records what your rep typed. It has never once told you whether the deal was real.
Forecast tools serve a direct CRO
One product, one direct team, one motion. They have no concept of a book split across a dozen vendor lines.
Engagement tools do outreach
More activity on a dead deal is still a dead deal. Volume is not judgment.
Partner platforms map overlap
They tell you who you share an account with. They stop at the introduction and say nothing about execution.
SalesHedge answers the one question none of them do
Is this deal real, is my rep overconfident, does the buyer actually have power, and what do I do about it today. That judgment is the product.
Why your book leaks

Most deals are not lost to a competitor.

They are lost to a buyer who never decides. That is the failure mode a pipeline report cannot see, and the one the engine is tuned to catch.

Built for the channel

It already knows how you sell.

The things that make reselling hard are assumptions in the engine, not features you have to configure.

A dozen lines, one book

A Palo Alto deal does not move like a RingCentral deal. Velocity baselines and coaching are tuned per line, and your whole book ranks together so you work the right deal first.

Thin data is the normal case

You often inherit a deal late with one contact and no history. The engine scores what is missing as a risk instead of assuming the deal is healthy because the fields are empty.

Your vendor library

Attach fires on the products you actually resell, not a generic catalogue. Add your lines once and every deal is judged against your real portfolio.

Attach posture

Attach that protects the deal instead of risking it.

Most tools push every adjacent product at every deal. In the channel that is exactly how you lose the one you already had. SalesHedge defaults to protecting the deal in front of you and only opens attach when one of two gates passes.

Gate 1
It reinforces
The adjacent sale rides the same buyer and the same budget, completes the solution, and adds no new approvers to the committee.
Gate 2
It reduces a named risk
The attach closes a specific open risk already on the deal, rather than adding scope to a deal that is already wobbling.

If contact data is thin, both gates fail and the answer is protect. Every recommendation carries its posture so nobody has to guess.

Run now Stabilise first Land first, expand after Protect, do not open
Co-sell

The vendor rep is in your deal. Now that is a field, not a guess.

Flag a deal as co-sell and name the partner. Hedge AI coaches the joint motion: who to engage on their side, what to bring them that they cannot get themselves, how to split the next steps so neither side undercuts the other, and the one thing that most often breaks co-sell deals shaped like this one.

What we do
Judge the deal from your side of it, and coach the joint motion with the partner named on the record.
What we deliberately do not do
We are not the shared surface where both companies meet. That is Crossbeam's job and they are good at it. We own the judgment on your seat.
For the principal

Your book, across every vendor line.

Not a relabelled CRO dashboard. A principal does not ask how one product is tracking, they ask which lines are carrying the number, where it is at risk, and which reps keep slipping the same deals into the next quarter. That is the view.

Where the number is at risk

Commit exposed by line, by team and by rep, with the reason named rather than a red cell on a report.

Who is slipping, and how often

Repeat pushers surface by pattern across quarters, so a coaching conversation starts with evidence.

Coverage that tells the truth

Coverage measured against what is real, not against a pipeline number inflated by deals nobody has agreed to spend on.

Deal Viability

Stop pouring hours into dead deals.

Across every vendor line, Hedge AI flags the deals that have stalled past saving and forces a go or no-go, so your time goes to the deals that can still close this quarter.

Partner Pack

Pay for your size, not a separate tier.

The Partner Pack adds multi-vendor pipeline, the Attach Engine and vendor-aware coaching to any paid plan, so a solo reseller and a 50-rep VAR each pay for their size.

Questions we get

The honest answers.

Do we have to replace our CRM?

No. SalesHedge works alongside it, and there is a live Salesforce integration. It also holds deals on its own if a rep will not live in a CRM, so you are not blocked either way. We are not trying to become your system of record.

How is this different from Crossbeam or a PRM?

Those map the ecosystem: who overlaps with whom, and where an introduction exists. They stop at the introduction. SalesHedge starts after it and judges execution on the deal in front of you. The two are complementary and we deliberately do not try to be the shared surface.

How is this different from Clari or Gong?

Both are excellent and both are built for a direct CRO with one product and one sales motion. Neither has a concept of a book spread across a dozen vendor lines, or a buying committee where the vendor's own rep is a participant. That is the entire difference.

Our contact data is thin. Will it still be useful?

Thin data is treated as a risk signal rather than a blank field. A deal with one contact and no economic buyer scores worse, not neutral, and the attach engine refuses to open on it. The coaching works from deal one, without needing hundreds of closed deals to calibrate first.

Do you do quoting, CPQ or ticketing?

No, and we will not. Those are solved and they are not where deals are won or lost. If you need them, keep the tool you have and let SalesHedge inject the intelligence into your CRM.

How long before it is useful?

Add a deal and analyse it. The scoring is IP-driven rather than trained on your history, so it works on the first deal you enter instead of after a quarter of data collection.

What does it actually cost?

Plans are org-based, not per seat. Team is $499 a month for up to 10 users, Growth is $999 for up to 25, and Enterprise is $2,499 for up to 100. The Partner Pack is added on top. Starter is free for 5 active deals.

Is our data used to train anything?

Your deals are isolated to your organisation and are never exposed to another customer. Any cross-customer learning is anonymised, aggregated coaching patterns only, never your records, and never your customer names.

The only intelligence built for your seat.

Bring one live deal and see what the engine says about it. If it tells you something you already knew, you have lost ten minutes.
